Dubai will be home to the world’s first Gold Street.
A street constructed using gold is set to be built in Dubai as part of huge plans to build a new “home of gold” in the emirate.
Dubai is often nicknamed the “City of Gold” because of the bustling Dubai Gold Souk, which is one of the biggest gold markets in the world.
And as part of plans to strengthen Dubai’s reputation as a global epicentre for gold and jewellery, a Gold Street will be built in the city’s new Dubai Gold District.
The landmark street will be created as a distinctive attraction for tourists and visitors to check out in Deira.
