The foundation of any functioning improvement in welfare, unions, or organizations is the homogeneity of the society. People will say we have a moral obligation to let in millions of people of other cultures and bodily stripes into our countries due to our ability to bestow this welfare, dependent on our foundation, upon them. Thereby, the logical conclusion is that immigration and many other factors uproot this foundation and, thus, uproot the welfare, serving as a weapon for capitalism (a uniform collective body will not exist to challenge the forces of capitalism at that point).

There is no moral obligation. Refer to America, England, and other countries that have seen their living standards and homogeneity drop rapidly since the 1960s (the time in which these countries loosened their immigration policies).

Why should technology be regulated? from a Spenglerian point of view:

1.
