The difference between the world as it was 500 years ago and today is largely the result of scientific progress and innovation. Science creates abundance; it enlarges the pie so that it becomes sufficient for all. Innovation generates wealth and drives nations forward.

Ethiopia needs science and innovation.

Ethiopia is a country that over 80% of its population is under 40. Ethiopia holds an immense human resource that cannot be wasted. Science and technology can channel this potential to create abundance and a nation with developed agriculture, a strong healthcare system, quality education, advanced technology, and ultimately civilization.

We believe that Ethiopian scientific communities have a crucial role to play. You can significantly contribute to the educational, scientific, and technological development of Ethiopia.

This platform is created as a space where Ethiopian scientists, engineers and science enthusiasts share their insights, publish articles, and research paper, collaborate on projects, and innovative solutions for the betterment of our country.

Soon, we will be launching our website, where you can share your insights and publish your research and articles. Stay tuned.

This platform shares your scientific articles, reflections, and insights: providing a space to share your knowledge and contribute to the broader scientific community.

Moreover, it helps Ethiopians across all disciplines to collaborate, share information and work together. Internship opportunities, research positions, and scholarship opportunities will be posted here as well.

Ethiopia has played a profound role in the advancement of human civilization. As one of the world’s oldest nations, Ethiopia was among the earliest centers of innovation; contributing significantly to the foundations of medicine, astronomy, architecture, and literature.

However, over the past five centuries, Ethiopia’s contributions to global scientific and technological progress have seen a notable decline.

Our mission is to foster a new generation of Ethiopian scientific minds, both within the country and across the diaspora, to engage in meaningful research, promote scientific literacy, and drive innovation for the betterment of Ethiopian society and the advancement of human civilization.
