✱. sending form means fixing the order. if you deliberately canceling order unilaterally after the form has been sent, we'll fined IDR 5,000. refunds may apply if the fault is on us. If there's an error that can still be corrected and the buyer agrees with this, then we'll replace or repair it. however, if you aren't satisfied, we'll issue a refund provided that the finished order isn't given to you.
✱. processing orders without rush can be done within 2-7 days, depending on how much effort we expend also based on the difficulties we faced. it's strictly forbidden to rush for work if your order isn't an inrush order. better yet, you can ask us first whether we're ready for inrush for the catalog.
✱. all material used here is purely the property of shorescent's. strictly forbidden to commit plagiarism in any way or take our material. apart from that, selling our work that you've purchased on us is also strictly prohibited. if you're caught carrying out the above prohibitions, a fine of IDR 250,000 will be issued to you. be wise in your actions.
