Feminine energy is not something you create, it's something you already are and have inside of you.

The problem is that you are holding on to too much control, and probably too much hurt- that has hardened your heart and put you in survival mode. This brings out "stronger characters" in women. And as such, we develop new qualities that don't align with your "feminine energy".

Start by taking small steps into your feminine energy and adopt new habits. The easiest and fastest way is to work from the outside in. Remember however, that looking feminine and being feminine aren't the same thing. You have to do the work. You wont be able to fool anyone in the long run if you don't. So actually doing things, like rekindling a hobby you enjoyed during your childhood will take you back to a softer, genuine version of yourself.

Also, little things like dancing every morning just so you can feel free and let go of control, help your body move so you're not so stiff. When you practice doing little things like this, you will begin to feel empowered by letting go and establishing a more trusting relationship with your body and energy.
