The founder of Ansar Allah, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, was martyred in 2004.
At that time, the Ansar Allah movement was a very small group confined to one of the mountains of Saada Governorate.
The former regime thought that by assassinating the founder of the Ansar Allah group, it would kill the project adopted by the martyred founder, which is resistance to America and Israel.
But this did not happen. Rather, what happened was that the group grew stronger and expanded until it took control of Yemen in 2014 through a popular revolution.
The lesson learned is that the Yemeni Ansar Allah group in particular and the Axis of Resistance in general are not those who weaken when a leader is martyred, but rather grow stronger.
The martyrdom of the Yemeni Prime Minister and a number of ministers will not weaken us or deter us from our supportive stance towards Gaza, but rather will increase our strength and determination to continue supporting and backing Gaza.
Resistance is a project linked to achieving the goals for which the resistance was established, and is not linked to leaders or individuals.
