Responsibilities:
🟥Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding
🟥Make the vacancy attractive and work with job description collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas.
🟥Stay connected with candidates, build a network, and ensure to provide them with feedback.
🟥Keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)
🟥Work with HRIS (we use People force) and other tools.
Requirements:
🔵2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others.
🔵You have a deep understanding of the IT market and are proficient in using all modern tools to find specialists.
🔵Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations).
🔵Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience as a product.
