— Make sure you have subscribed to the @Centenarys channel first before ordering.
— Payment is made in advance to avoid hit & run. We only provide payment via DANA, SPay, QRIS (+1k). For in rush, an additional is +2k. Don’t forget to include proof of payment when you make a transaction.
— Send format means serious buying. Please, don’t change username or edit format without admin’s knowledge.
— Do not accept order cancellations and refunds unless there is an error on our part.
— The maximum time for us to be handing you your order ranges from 1–7 days for each catalogue. Details will be given once we note your order.
— Minor revisions can only be done as much as 1 x 24 hours. More than that, an additional fee will be charged.
— Edits will be sent via Gdrive or Telegram files to avoid damaging the quality of the edits.
— Our working hours are 11:00 WIB - 23:00 WIB. If you want to ask in the morning before opening time, one of us will still serve you.
