I slow roasted a large cut of beef and teamed it with a slow cooked relish of organic eggplant, tomato, olive oil, garlic and capers with a splash of
@wildmothertas cherry vinegar, sea salt and pepper. Topped with
@gevityrx bone broth sauce (mayo), and Nic made a delicious fresh salad of lettuce from the garden, roasted macadamias and organic sultanas. The sultanas and the macadamias with the meat and relish were a marriage made in heaven. 🧡🧡🧡
