Dakar has stated that Kiev's actions go against the neutrality that Senegal advocates, after the Ukrainian embassy in the African nation posted a video on Facebook.

Senegal stated it rejects terrorism in all forms, including gestures that are apologetic towards terrorism - especially when it aims to destabilize a brother nation like Mali.

The propaganda video called for supporting acts of terror in Mali, after a Wagner convoy was ambushed there.
