i. Customers are required to subscribe @Mergate first for more information about talent updates and our latest news.
ii. To avoid hit and run payment must be done first. Payment can only go through DANA and QRIS (+1k), after payment customer must send the proof of payment.
iii. Available for CA/BA/FA/PA/RP account types.
iv. Talent working hour is only from 08.00 to 22.00 WIB. Above 22.00 customer will be charged a stay up late fee.
v. Customer must fill the form clearly so there is no misunderstanding during the rental period. If you has questions about filling out the rental format, you can directly ask to the bot.
vi. Half refund will be made if there is any uncomfortable state related to customer and talent, with an obvious reason. Refunds will strictly not be made if you have run 50% of the rental period.
vii. Our Agency and Talent will not be responsible if there are real feelings that arise in Mergate customers.
