Uralic ancestry affects almost all of Europe (outside the Mediterranean) but most significantly Finns, Balts and Slavs; which if Proto-Uralic is part Asian, would make them partially non-white.
The premise I believe is presented here, is that Proto-Uralic was not part Asian (post Mesolithic East Eurasian) but was drifted Ancient North Eurasian; with any seemingly East Eurasian ancestry being associated with ANE and drifting.
As ANE either has archaic Eurasian ancestry or genuine paleolithic East Eurasian introgression; neither of which is of concern to us.
This I agree with: Ancient North Eurasians, Proto-Uralics, and Eastern Europeans are racially White.
