- Scam blocker is a new menu in /config which will drastically cut down on scam websites / fake tokens in your chat.
- This blocker is only applied to untrustworthy users meaning 95% of people won't notice, however bots will

- Create a filter with any markup (bold, italics, hyperlink or custom emojis) by simply adding it in the /filter command
