III. After sending the format through our contact person, we will first ensure that all fields are filled in correctly and appropriately. We give customers the opportunity to confirm their orders before a deal is made.
IV. Once all formats have been agreed upon, the customer must make a payment before our order is acted upon. We provide payments via E-Wallet such as Dana, Shopee Pay, and Qris with an additional fee of IDR 500. Don't forget to send proof of payment clearly without cropping it.
V. Both parties must be responsible and comply with the rules that have been set. The first party must be responsible for the orders of the second party and act professionally. The second party may not violate the privacy of the first party and impose things that are not written on the order format.
VI. We accept all forms of complaints and refunds if our party makes mistakes that violate privacy or violate established regulations. With a note, the second party must send clear and complete evidence, not cut into pieces.
VII. Saturday Drip working hours start from 08.00 to 22.00 in the WIB zone. In addition to the hours listed, there is a fee charged for stay up late.
VIII. We accept customers from all account types, such as Personal, Business, Roleplayer and so on. However, NSFW services are only available to customers who have reached the legal age of 18+. If the second party falsifies age then this is beyond our responsibility.
IX. After the expiry of the contract, the second party is obliged to provide Saturday Drip with honest reviews and suggestions.
