i. We will run an open daily system according to our ability to write. Once the commissions are completed, we will re-open the commission slots. We will do our best to keep you updated about the progress once we have accepted your commission. Please respect us as the Laureates, and we will wholeheartedly serve you as our client as decent as we can. If you could greet us before submitting the commission form, We'd appreciate it.
ii. We will not accept any unclear forms. Your ideas must be described as much as possible. The more details you include of what you are looking for, the better. Therefore, it will take us 1 day until 10 days to finish your commission. Remember, if your commission is not a priority order, please understand that we can’t tell you when your order will be finished, but we will do our best to finish it as soon as possible. Please have patience.
iii. Payment upfront preferred. We will not begin working until we have been sent the full payment. Payments are possible solemny through QRIS to an address we will hand you. Extra fees for express work will depend on complexity and deadline according to our working hours (+ IDR 1K-IDR 5K). No refunds, unless an agreement comes to pass between both parties that validates the reasoning for the said refund.
iv. Acceptance of a commission is subject to our disrection. If we don’t want to or can’t do your commission, we have the right to reject it. If you are unsure whether or not what you have in mind is okay if you have any questions. We are pretty flexible on what we will write, but if you have any concerns, please send us (@Solafiebot) a message, and we will figure it out together.
