Mutant Physiology: Since Madelyne was cloned from Jean Grey's DNA, she was essentially another version of Jean, and possessed Jean's telekinetic and telepathic abilities, although they manifested far later.
★ Telekinesis: Her telekinesis is powerful enough that Madelyne can move, lift, and manipulate fairly large objects, channel her telekinetic powers to fire powerful, mental, concussive blasts, focus her psionic energy into a near-impenetrable force field, and levitate herself in order to fly at fairly high speeds.
★ Telepathy: She can read and manipulate the minds of others and even higher-order animals within a vast, potentially limitless, radius.
★ Psionic Siphoning: She is able to siphon the psychic energies from other psionic mutants.
★ Phoenix spark: After her reconstitution as a psychic being, Pryor was apparently still connected to the Phoenix Force.

Abilities:
Madelyne was a highly skilled pilot, had a natural affinity for computers and technology, and was experienced in childcare.

Madelyne always bore a striking resemblance to the (then) presumed deceased Jean Grey. Numerous individuals mistook her for Jean reborn. To make matters more suspicious, Madelyne's mind was closed to Professor X and she was the sole survivor of a mysterious plane crash, which occurred at the exact moment the Dark Phoenix committed suicide on the Moon, or so she thought.

Powers:
Telepathic Illusions: Lady Mastermind possesses the mutant power to project extremely convincing and realistic illusions into the minds of others, a stronger variation of the same ability her father had.
★ Psychosomatic Symptoms: Regan's powers can also kill, as her victims bodies respond as if her illusions are real. She confronted Viceroy with the illusion that he was drowning, and, believing it to be real, he suffocated, despite having no physical injuries and being in a room with sufficient oxygen. Heather Cameron's body also responded in a similar way, bleeding through the pores in her back when she was under the illusion she had been stabbed.
★ Telepathic Camouflage: Regan can also use her powers to make herself and others invisible and change others' perception of her to look like anyone she pleases. Once she tricked Fuego into killing his own teammate Aguja by making Aguja look like Regan.

Regan Wyngarde is one of three known children of the powerful illusionist Jason Wyngarde, aka Mastermind. Much like her half-sister Martinique Jason, Regan is even more powerful than her father, as she has mild telepathic abilities which allow her to insert hyper-realistic images into her victim’s mind. Whilst her early life is shrouded in mystery, it appears she was well aware of the existence of Martinique and the fact that her father was a super-villain. Regan didn’t come out of the shadows until after his death, when she took the name Lady Mastermind as a way to honor him.
