The Israeli newspaper, "Demarkar," describes it as an economic "existential war" since the start of the conflict with Gaza. The panic and emergency situations faced by the Israeli economic sectors have worsened due to the losses in Israeli trade. These losses, which were previously concealed by Israeli and Western media and ignored by Arab countries, affect alternative maritime routes forced by Yemeni attacks on Israeli ships in the Red Sea. These alternative routes impose economic burdens on the commercial sector, such as longer shipping times and increased transportation costs. According to the Israeli economic newspaper, "Globes," redirecting a route around Africa means an additional distance of 13,000 kilometers, leading to delays in shipments and higher shipping prices. This reality has prompted Israeli shipping company, ZIM, to raise transportation prices from Asia to the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, the Danish shipping company, Maersk, has also announced the suspension of shipping, as well as the French logistics group CMA CGM, which has declared a halt to all container shipments across the Red Sea. German shipping companies have also halted their shipments to the Zionist entity. The costs of insuring Israeli ships have increased by 250%, prompting a need for additional insurance for ships heading to the occupied territories. According to "Globes," the price increase will be $50 for 20-foot containers and $100 for 40- and 45-foot containers. These increased transportation costs will inevitably lead to price increases for imported products, burdening Israeli settlers. Yemen claims that the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait will be completely closed to ships heading to the occupied territories, alongside the ongoing blockade of Gaza. We say: The biggest terrorism is America with its fighter jets, missiles, and alliances, killing children, women, civilians, and targeting civilian infrastructure. America is the epitome of terrorism, sparking wars and engaging in unjustified fights. Our dear people have witnessed piracy on their ships by the coalition of aggression, leading them to Jeddah, Djibouti, and elsewhere. Our people have suffered from the oppressive blockade, which is also terrorism itself. As for what the Yemeni Republic demands, and demanded, an end to the aggression and blockade on Gaza, we, who have experienced the pain our Palestinian brothers have gone through due to the American, British, Saudi, UAE, and allied aggression, truly empathize. What the Yemeni armed forces are demanding is to stop the American-Israeli aggression on Gaza and provide the people of Gaza with necessary needs such as food and medicine. Their actions are nothing but the fulfillment of the duty that the rest of the Arab and Islamic countries should advocate for. The stances are unified and publicly declared. However, we have seen no avail because if issuing statements would have stopped the aggression and lifted the siege on Gaza, it would have been done since the announcement of the demands by the regimes.
