https://o1-markets.tilda.wsWe’re seeking a world-class Full-Stack Web3 Developer to join a team redefining the boundaries of decentralized finance. Our protocol has already been built and battle-tested, featuring a world first O(1) algorithmic performance order book with lower trade execution gas costs than the current market leading AMMs. This is not a role for generalists—it’s an opportunity for an exceptional engineer with deep DeFi expertise to work on a cutting-edge project that demands precision, creativity, and performance at scale.
The role is focused on furthering the development of our frontend, integrating it with our sophisticated protocol backend. This is not a “starting from scratch” project—you’ll work on an existing foundation of high-quality code and design, enhancing a product ready to set new standards in the market.
Required Skills:
1) Frontend Mastery:
- Proven expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and optimizing highly modular, component-driven frontend architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to implement advanced state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
2) Blockchain Integration:
- Advanced knowledge of ethers.js, or similar Web3 libraries.
- Experience working directly with Ethereum RPC nodes and Layer 2 solutions.
- Familiarity with the nuances of integrating on-chain data into a performant UI.
3) Backend Proficiency:
- Solid understanding of Node.js and backend API development, including WebSocket-based systems.
- Experience with blockchain data indexing solutions (e.g., The Graph, custom indexers).
- Comfortable working with decentralized storage (e.g., IPFS, Arweave) and multi-chain environments.
4) DeFi Expertise:
- Deep understanding of how modern DeFi protocols function, particularly in trading, liquidity provision, or structured products.
- Strong grasp of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and how they interact with smart contracts.
- Familiarity with algorithmic performance optimization and gas-efficient development patterns.
5) Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to SOLID principles and modern software design patterns.
- History of delivering production-grade Web3 applications, preferably at leading DeFi protocols.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a technically sophisticated team.
6) Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience contributing to highly visible DeFi products with significant user adoption.
- Prior work in high-performance dApps, particularly in the context of trading platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced scaling solutions (e.g., zk-rollups, optimistic rollups) and cross-chain systems.
