The Electoral Count Act of 1887 (ECA) allowed a member of congress who wanted to raise an objection, the ECA of 1887 required that he/she needs the signed support of at least one Senator.

The Electoral Count Act of 1887 (ECA) was in place in 2021 when Congressman Paul Gosar, along with 60+ of his colleagues objected to the Electoral Count of Arizona. The objection was in writing & was signed by a senator. There were others.

Mike Pence LEGALLY had the ability to do it… but didn’t… but now Democrats changed that law. 😂

This is why they are FOOKED…

Democrats wanted to make sure that could never happen again, so The (ECA) of 1887 was then replaced with the Electoral Count Reform Act of 2022 in a now successful attempt to change the VP’s role.

Kamala Harris can’t do it now…
