Unlikely that Ukraine received an additional PATRIOT battery from the Bundeswehr, but the ex-IDF battery, undergoing refurb, had still been due for delivery. I suspect that is the source of this additional battery.
Israel's PAC-2 configuration batteries are a mix of ex-Bundeswehr and US Army. Germany & the US should continue to work together to get the remaining batteries restored to operational condition and delivered to Ukraine. https://twitter.com/Barnes_Joe/status/1948643527467872561#m
