Our admins’ group will no longer have bots other than @EnglishFessBot to avoid misunderstandings caused by auto-replies system by the bots.

Our official working hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. If your report to
@EnglishFessBot has not been replied to within that period, please
feel free to contact us again through @EngFessOfficial in case your message did not come through.
•
Internship application reviews will now be fully transparent without unwritten standards. Our final assessment will be shown publicly during announcements.
•
We will no longer interfere with anyone’s channel content as we believe it is not our place to regulate it.
We will also try to understand issues from multiple perspectives first.
• We fully support LGBTQIA+ individuals and acknowledge that marginalized communities are often overlooked.
We won’t be providing space for a “neutral and safe” stance toward LGBTQIA+.

We will provide transparency regarding our boycott list through a public channel. We will reassess and explain how the boycott system works after we have completed a full evaluation. Enggies are welcomed to provide updates or information.

We will be less strict with penalties and prioritize giving notices first, so Enggies still have the chance to clarify before actions are taken.
