We’ve noticed an increase in impersonators DMing members, pretending to be “support” or “admins” from the Fuel team. These scammers often send fraudulent links and try to steal personal information or funds.
They will sound empathetic, like they’re trying to help you, they’re not.
🔐Here’s how to stay safe:
1. NEVER trust DMs claiming to be “support” or asking for personal information.
2. Fuel Team or Support will NEVER DM you first. If you receive an unsolicited message, assume it’s a scam.
3. Ignore and Report Suspicious Messages – If someone claims to be a Fuel representative in a DM, report and block them immediately.
4. ONLY Click Links that you can find on our website: https://fuel.network
Stay vigilant and protect yourself. If you’re ever in doubt, ask in the main channel before interacting with anyone privately.
