i. Every customer must be subscribes @Haecromi before submitting any format of order.
ii. To prevent hitting and run, payment is made after submitting your form and order has been confirmed. Payment can be done through DANA, SPAY, GOPAY, and QRIS (with addition fee).
iii. NSFW content, Animemanga, Webtoon, Fanart, and ulzzang are not allowed. But you can ask first for RL or ulzzang.
iv. Canceling order is prohibited if the order is already in progress.
v. Processing orders won't take more than 5 (five) days. Depending on the queue order, you are more than allowed to check the updated order list here.
vi. Inrush order with a 5-hour minimum deadline. Please ask first about the availability and the specifics of the deadline.
vii. Three modifications are allowed at most; minor revisions are free. But if it added more additional request and modifications that will be subject to additional fee.
