📌 Incident Summary:
We are sharing our experience to warn others.
We used N R PAY TECHNOLOGY BHOPAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED / NRPay for a UPI Intent payment gateway. Our balance reached approximately ₹5 lakh, and when we requested settlement, they stopped responding properly.
It has now been around 20 days. We have repeatedly contacted them, but calls are not being answered and messages are mostly ignored. We are repeatedly told “tomorrow,” but no settlement has been received.
Our allegation is based on our own experience: approximately ₹5 lakh remains unsettled, and we have been unable to get a proper response for around 20 days.
If anyone else has had a similar experience with NRPay, please share your experience and supporting evidence so others can make an informed decision.
