The problems that people that start from the position that they need to solve racism in institutions like medicine face are threefold.
1. They define racism in terms of outcome. Unequal outcome is a-priori evidence of "systemic racism."
2, They can't point to any actually racist or discriminatory policy that leads to this inequality, since all institutions have long since been purged of any such policy.
3. When you examine the issue you find that the the disparities can actually be traced to either negative behaviors of blacks that can't be controlled, or in some cases positive behaviors of Whites that Blacks do not or cannot emulate.
So what do? The only possible answer is to simply hurt White people by forcing worse outcomes for them. Which is what these Boston doctors are talking about.
