Cirno
Cirno is an application freezer that runs on all platforms with Android 12+ to completely prevent background applications from using CPU resources, thereby improving the overall smoothness of the device.Cirno is currently only supported on cgroup v2 devices, which means your Linux kernel version needs to be greater than or equal to 5.0. The app has no GUI. It will freeze apps automatically. By modifying the cfg file, you can specify that the application does not freeze.
