So I've been busy, but I missed this place! Everyone here always have such a positive energy!

Don't have anything I'm allowed to share yet, so again here are some character sketches!
First one is a collection of my attempts to draw one of Sadaf's important characters, "Ahreman".
Second one is "Tir". A retired badass gladiator!
And the third one is a sketch of Mitra facing "Kafur the Cannibal" I drew two years ago.

I can't believe how busy I am these days! :)) Both me and Sadaf!
We've been busy for the last 4 years in general, like, every day of it!
But right now, is a bit different.
Trying to get two major degrees at the same time and handling a final project plus a dissertation makes you remember you're human!! Lol.
I guess it's a good thing tho.
I mean, there's nothing better than actually achieving something!

I have been SO busy these last few days with so many dramas, but the best part of everything that happened was that the flawless translation done by my bestie Yasi ( @Yasithehosseini ) arrived and that we started the lettering process with my amazing friend and colleague Adel ( @Shadows423 )!
This os only a glimpse of what's going on and I'm so excited about everything!

I have rendered this page TWICE!!
My realistic approach to lighting was disastrous at best. Everything looked gloomy and lifeless.
So with the help of my friends at SAW community, I decided to say F**K realistic approach and did whatever I felt like doing with lights!
Honestly I feel more satisfied with this second version.

This was one of my favourite assignments. It had so many steps to finish and this artwork was only the second step.
We had to build a society (these characters represented my society) , make an artwork of a moment of it. Then make a 4 panel, 24 panel, and then 12 panel comic out of it using only one artwork and one random picture that was assigned to us in the second step.
I had so much fun doing this "Story Vinyasa" as Tom called it and I learned so much from this one exercise!!

So I've started the process of flat colouring with the help of my trusty assistant @Sadaffaghihi ! Lol

This is the most annoying part for both of us.
If you need to know, we sometimes end up fighting or screaming at each other over a simple colour red or a darker red. :))) I guess that's part of the job too tho.

But everything gets better when you get to shading and rendering the page at the end.

Second sketch is Arman, always angry, always done with his patients bullshit, doctor.
The last one is a small sketch of Niv and Asim, members of Chapars of the Galaxy. XD Yes, Asim cooks a lot.

I just finished the fifth and last book of the "Lockwood and Co." series.
I can safely say it turned out to be one of my favourites. It was one of the sweetest experiences I had with books. It reminded me how it felt to read young adults and teen-age books when I was a teen-ager myself. ♡
It didn't matter that almost everything was predictable for my age, I loved everything about it. From characters to world building.
I think my favourites are the first three books!
I also heard there's a Netflix adaptation coming. God help us with that!

Esi and Tina.
Since I shared a tiny comic of them, I thought I should put this here too.
These two are one of my favourite duos. I'd really love to start drawing them more and more. And not just tnem, other characters from "Pardis" as well. but I have some projects to finish and some degrees to get as always. :')
Pray for me and Sadaf so that someday we might have some free time to ourselves guys!
