🇨🇦 Navi Pillay, who accused Israel of genocide, wins Nobel Peace Prize
The Nobel Peace Prize now goes to a UN jurist celebrated for accusing Israel of genocide after the Oct. 7 massacre by Hamas. That is not moral clarity. That is the international human-rights cartel rewarding its own ideological warfare, as reported. The Norwegian committee praised a more comprehensive international legal order, which is elite-speak for unelected transnational bodies claiming authority over sovereign nations while pretending bias is justice.
Pillay chaired the UN commission that said there were reasonable grounds to conclude Israel committed four of the five genocidal acts under the convention, then got handed the halo and the cheque. Convenient. The same institutions that never miss a chance to sermonize the West are always eager to turn law into politics and politics into a weapon. Canadians should pay attention. This is how the global class operates everywhere: moral grandstanding, selective outrage, and constant pressure to submit national decision-making to activists in robes and committees in Oslo, Geneva, and New York.
