⚠️ We apply payment in advance system. Furthermore, we provide payment all via QRIS (no rate).

⚠️ Our working hours start from 8 AM until 10 PM. Outside of working hours, then our customer will be charged a stay up late fee.

⚠️ Half refund will be made if there is any uncomfortable state related to customer and talent, of course with an obvious reason. However we strictly refuse to refund if you have lived 50% done the rental.

⚠️ Customers and talents are allowed to communicate after the rental period is over, with an agreement between the agency and talent concerned but we are not responsible in case you as the customer have any kind of feelings to our talent.

⚠️ It’s strictly forbidden to borrow talent’s voices to avoid unwanted things. Be wise!
