Wrath was given his sentence today by a judge who doesn't believe he deserves any leniency. She claimed Wrath is still "... a threat to the Democracy of the USA." and should be given time to serve above what was recommended by his defense. Wrath was sentenced 44 months for making "Threats of bodily harm" to a reporter(Via a meme image that scared the shit out of said reporter). The reporter in question had been stalking and harassing an individual who simply wanted privacy and Wrath took it upon himself to defend the rights of his friend by collaborating on the image/post. The maximum amount of time that was possible for wrath to serve was 5 years(or 60 months): Considering that, he was given a near maximum sentence. I can confirm that Wraths resolve is strong as well as his will and determination to live as a free man who may be repressed by the system but never silenced and will proceed to have his own free will that he continues to choose to express, regardless of how many butthurt authoritarians manipulate the judicial system to try and stop him.
