Hey everyone! I'm Bogdan.
It's been 10 years since I moved to Shenzhen, China (深圳).
Before China I worked as Java dev, and 7+ years as a software PM.
Once here, I consulted on PM and internet marketing(mostly CPC), registred my exporting company. That experience made me fall in love with everything "data-driven".
2022 I started my PhD adventure, and 2026 should hopefully be the last year of this journey. My research is in eXplainable AI (XAI) on clinical data within Clinical Decision Support Systems(CDSS) field.
In 2025 I joined an international startup here in SZ. And in a true spirit of startups I'm responsible for "everything AI": architecture design, implementation, and backlog generation/management.
Here are robots, multi-modal assistants, XR-glasses, spatial computing, edge devices. What really convinced me to accept this offer was the opportunity to work on exoskeletons in the future.
These days my best efforts are focused on getting maximum performance from SLM agents at the edge level, and maintaining the lowest latency to support real-time operations .
