Economic Warfare

This is not so much with the government but with competitors. Your competitors will do whatever they can to:

raise costs
lower revenues
and make life as difficult as they can.

To drive you out of business and destroy you economically.

Counter action: keep an independent infrastructure as much as possible. Limit social media, stay away from open source software, limit your business as much as possible online.

A great example of this tactic happening in real time is Jim Linnell, the My Pillow Guy. The tactics used against him is definitely one to learn from.
