⚠️ I've been seeing obvious backlash about the Fragment KYC update.

• KYC is NOT required for the remaining Fragment features:
✅ You DON'T need KYC to assign NFT usernames to accounts
✅ You DON'T need KYC to assign anonymous numbers to accounts

You can still trade existing NFTs outside of Fragment; send the NFTs directly or use different marketplaces such as GetGems and TonDiamonds.

⚠️ Telegram has started implementing bans for NFT usernames on Fragment.com. However, the current warning system is showing revoked usernames as banned, which isn't accurate. This seems to be a glitch in the way the warning is displayed.

Telegram's privacy policy always stated that IP and phone numbers could be passed to authorities, it is just now made more clear. See what they wrote in 2018 : https://web.archive.org/web/20180815060702/https://telegram.org/privacy#8-3-law-enforcement-authorities
