Results of Toronto demonstration so far.

- 51,000 views for Shiloh Hendrix vid across our personal X and Telegram accounts.
- 500 new X follows
- 250 new Telegram subs
- The honor of boosting our brother clubs platforms
- A number of membership requests which when whittled down through vetting, will result in more than a dozen new members
- The love and appreciation of the wider community of our Folk
- The enmity of people we already didn't like anyway

This has been an amazing experience, and the next time we get together, you can expect bigger and better.

Despite the lack of posting on this page and the wishes of the local antifa degenerates, the fact of the matter is that Frontenac Active Club is thriving.

Every week, we meet and train, gaining confidence in our growing grappling and boxing skills. Throughout the week, members have pushed past PRs in powerlifting programs designed for them . I've helped to correct the nutrition of a few overweight members, and notably, three of them have lost a combined 80lbs so far.

Every month, we have a day for socializing or outdoor activities with the wider community. As was seen this past weekend, we've forged meaningful alliances with multiple clubs across the country, doing activism together as well as training in each other's spots. We will proudly keep collaborating with NS13, TFC, and the Second Sons and other orgs.

We aren't going anywhere. We are only growing. As a masterful minister of propaganda predicted, "there will come a day, when all the lies will collapse under their own weight, and the truth will triumph again"

Recently, TFC, along with our Brothers in NS13, Frontenac AC, Manitoba AC, and the Victoria Pioneers, held a rally. We placed flowers at the Holodomor memorial, in tribute to the victims of the bolshevik genocide, then walked through the Prince’s Gates.

The Prince's Gates are a symbol of our nation. These gates have been the site of generations of Canadians coming to exhibit our culture and heritage. We intend to reclaim that heritage, to show Canadians once again that our culture isn't diversity and consumerism, but rather the loyal, unflinching dedication to our folk and tradition.

This culture of honour, heritage, and triumph, is shared across the breadth of our nation. From Ontario where we see it exemplified by Nationalist-13 and Toronto Fitness Club, in Quebec by our French speaking comrades in Frontenac Active Club, and across the country by our comrades in Manitoba Active Club and the Victoria Pioneers.

We are honoured to serve this nation and folk. We want you to embrace this heritage and join the struggle of our organizations. Together, we will triumph.

It is our time now. There is no going back. The Kosher-Chris' and the Clyde Do Nothings of the world are grasping at lifelines as they fade into irrelevancy along with the obsolete ideas they represent.

We are grateful that we are here in this moment right now. We do not cowardly wish we were born in another time and place. There's nowhere we'd rather be than here right now at the turning point in Canadian history.

Our guys have all been doing fedlifts to get that "too in shape to not be a fed" physique. This is an impossible fitness goal for a non-fed. You have to go to the gym a few times a week and refuse cookies on occasion.
