▫️Kentucky man facing sex crime charges involving young child
MADISON COUNTY, Ky. - A Kentucky man is facing sex crime charges involving a young child.
According to the criminal complaint for Dusty Bowling of Richmond, he is facing several charges, including rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and criminal abuse.
The complaint says the abuse happened while the child was living with Bowling. The situation was reported to authorities by a Department for Community-Based Services worker.

▫️Man arrested for possessing 'child sexual abuse material
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A Bakersfield man was arrested after authorities executed a search warrant in connection with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program.
The Bakersfield Police Department said on December 2, 2024, at around 7 a.m., personnel with BPD, Department of Homeland Security Investigations, Kern County Sheriff’s Office, and United States Secret Service executed a search warrant at a home in the 15000 block of Pinion Court.
Police said Zachary McGraw, 38, was arrested after investigators searched his home in the 15000 block of Pinion Court, near Hageman Road and Rudd Avenue. Investigators arrested McGraw just after 7 a.m. on suspicion of possession of child sexual abuse material and intent to distribute obscene matter featuring a child under 18. He is being held on $20,000 bail, according to the KCSO inmate search page.

▫️Citizen-Led Sting Operation Results In Arrest Of Level III Offender
Over the weekend, a private group of adults not associated with law enforcement conducted an anonymous “online predator” operation where they pose as minors in various online profiles. This group began talking with Michael Shawn Klappenbach. During their online encounter, Klappenbach engaged in sexually explicit communication with the profile that was an adult posing as a minor.
The civilian group notified the Chaska Police Department on Saturday, November 30th around 3 p.m., and we began an investigation. Klappenbach was arrested Saturday afternoon. He is in custody and has been formally charged with crimes related to electronically communicating sexual conduct with a child.

▫️Shaktoolik Man Sentenced for Cyberstalking and Sexual Exploitation of Children
A 22-year-old man from Shaktoolik, Alaska, has been charged with cyberstalking adults and children and sexually exploiting minors to produce child sexual abuse material. Matthew Jackson allegedly committed these offenses between December 2021 and July 2023, and was arrested on November 26. He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
