I met James O'Keefe in London to show him what England looks like today in many areas of the country. In the borough of Tower Hamlets in London, it is 40 percent Muslim, and a third-party Muslim mayor (Mr Rahman) is in power again after being banned from office for five years for election fraud.

After waiting for the ban to end, he ran for office again and easily won. His party only fields Muslim candidates.

Tower Hamlets previously had unofficial "Sharia patrol" groups, where Muslim men walked around and tried to enforce Islamic morality norms on the public through intimidation. In the borough, many women, including little girls, wear Islamic robes and cover their faces.
