A major project of the Gazi Husrev-beg Library - Shirazi's 'Divan' in Iran for restoration
The manuscript of Hafez Shirazi's "Divan," which has been preserved for centuries in the Gazi Husrev-beg Library in Sarajevo, has "traveled" to Iran. In the coming days, it will be restored in the city of Mashhad and then returned to the Library. This is an important work of the Persian classic, popular both in the East and the West, as well as in our region. Additionally, the Gazi Husrev-beg Library in Sarajevo holds manuscript copies, either complete or in fragments, of nearly all significant Persian poets and writers, including 14 manuscripts of Hafez Shirazi's "Divan." 🇧🇦🇮🇷
