I. Help forward service will be done every 10 pm and 7 am. So moots can send a request to @civycohortbot first. And I will add it to the chat schedule.

II. For hfw ready items requests, they can be at 9 am, 3 pm, and 7 pm. If there is more than one item, please make a list so that nothing is missed, moots can send it to @Civycohortbot for that assistance.
