White Advocates across the country need to be prepared to completely wreck the GOP. At every major speech given by a presidential candidate, advocates need to show up early, get close to the podium, and be prepared to chant things like “ANTI-WHITE? TAKE A HIKE!” and “ZIONIST SHILL!”. When they say they are going to do something for Blacks, Mexicans, Asians or gays chant “WHAT ABOUT WHITES? WHAT ABOUT WHITES?” If this happened at 20-40 major events, it would shake the entire establishment.

A very well detailed explanation and guide by BAAC for how our movement can use the First Amendment to stop the system from sabotaging our activism, certainly an important read, especially for those involved in groups who use leafleting as a primary means of spreading our message.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS WHEN LEAFLETING

The U.S. Constitution is by definition the basic law of the land; no federal, state, county, city, or community law can contradict any of the basic principles of the Constitution.

To be effective in our struggle for White racial survival, expansion and advancement, we must become thoroughly familiar with the U.S. Constitution, and especially the First Amendment which reads as follows: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

As you can see from the above quotations, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees every citizen, among other things, freedom of speech. In regards to leafleting, the Supreme Court has interpreted this to mean that a state or municipality may not ban the distribution of leaflets on streets, sidewalks of public places. (Jameson v. Texas 318 US [1943]) and (March v. Alabama 325 US 501 [1946]). The Supreme Court applied this rule to universities, both state and private, in (Papish v. University of Missouri 410 US 667 [1973]). Furthermore, leafleting cannot be prohibited on a military base in areas of public access, (Flower v. US 197 [1972]).

This Supreme Court has also found that door to door solicitation for the purpose of distributing information may not be banned regardless of the wishes of the householder to receive such information in this manner, (Martin v. Struthers 319 US 141 [1943]). Furthermore, a state or municipality may not tax or license the distribution or sale of political or religious material door to door, (Opelika V. Jones 319 US 105 [1943])

In shopping center cases the Supreme Court has said that privately owned property may be treated as if it’s publicly where it is held open to the public, (Amalgamated Food Employees Union v. Logan Valley Plaza 391 US 308 [1968]). In Amalgamated the union was allowed to picket a business inside the shopping mall. However, a shopping mall may ban leafleting in the shopping mall walkways as this interferes with the business of the center, (Lloyd Corp. v. Tanner 407 US 551 [1972]). As yet, there has not been a case decided on the question of leafleting in the parking lot of a shopping center, but a leading treatise of the First Amendment says this on the subject:

“The First Amendment interest should not be defeated because the property owner either disapproves of the message conveyed or simply wants to censor all speech activities. Whether outside of a freestanding store or in the common areas of a shopping center, a bare property interest does not justify the subordination of the First Amendment speech rights.” (Nimmer on the Freedom of Speech, Section 4.op, page 4-121)

In light of the above, it is recommended that in the event of an arrest while leafleting in one of the above areas, the individual arrested should file a civil suit for false imprisonment, malprocessing and intentional deprivation of constitutional rights and that the parties sued should include the municipality, the police department, the arresting officer and the private property owner (in a shopping center case). In such a case, punitive as well as compensatory damages will be awarded.

Wyoming Active Crew

A couple of our brothers met up in central Wyoming for a weekend of activism, training and camaraderie. More footage soon.

Wait....?! So you're telling me that Wyoming, the least populated American state (and arguably the most based 😏), has an Active Club. But your major metropolis or state still isn't on the map.
Active Clubs can be born from the will of one determined man. Be that man for your people and for your region 💪🏻.

Support to our Active brothers in the US and all around the world 🦬.

I am not sorry.
I will never be.
I don't care how much pain I got to go through.
I don't care how much loss I need to experience.
My cause is just and right.
The Future belongs to us!

A pencil drawing of the “Guardianship” statue, an outdoor sculpture made in 1935 by American artist James Earle Fraser, installed on the southeast corner in front of the National Archives Building in Washington, D.C. Modeled by Sidney B. Waugh, carved by the Gino A. Ratti Company.

A seated allegorical muscular male figure representing Guardianship holds the helmet of protection in his right hand and a sheathed sword and fasces, the symbol of governmental power, in his left hand. For protection he is wearing a lion skin.

Carved in the pedestal relief around the base are images of weapons and helmets, a quiver with arrows, a sword, and a shield. These convey the need to protect the historical record for future generations.

The inscription on the base is attributed to Thomas Jefferson : ETERNAL VIGILANCE IS THE PRICE OF LIBERTY

For My Homeland I Pledge My Eternal Vigilance!!!!

“I think I need to sacrifice myself to break the lethargy that overwhelms us.”

Dominique Venner

ᛣ May 21, 2013

On this day May 21, 2013, Dominique Venner chose to end his life by committing suicide in the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, that his final act too might contribute to awakening the European peoples. In a letter sent to his colleagues at Radio Courtoisie, he characterizes his suicide as a rebellion "against pervasive individual desires that destroy the anchors of our identity, particularly the family, the intimate base of our multi-millennial society."
