The National Association for Gun Rights is officially calling for Attorney General Pam Bondi to be FIRED.
Those are not words we take lightly - but Pam Bondi has given us no choice.
While we all had major concerns with the nomination of Pam Bondi as AG, we hoped for the best and that she would prove a staunch advocate for the right to keep and bear arms.
Unfortunately, it’s been 9 MONTHS since Bondi was confirmed, and it has become increasingly evident that she has failed the Second Amendment.
Now, we are taking action. We are calling for Bondi’s IMMEDIATE termination.

The straw that broke the camel’s back came this week, when she convinced a federal judge to demand the member lists of TWO national Second Amendment advocacy organizations.
That’s right - Pam Bondi’s DOJ successfully scored a court order for two gun groups to HAND OVER THEIR MEMBERS’ PRIVATE INFORMATION to the federal government; in all likelihood names, addresses, contact info - everything.
Enough is enough.

Over the past 8 months, Attorney General Pam Bondi has MAJORLY betrayed law-abiding gun owners across America time and time again:
Exhibit A. Bondi’s DOJ still upholds Biden’s “engaged in the business” ATF gun control rule: Rather than repealing the Biden-era “engaged in the business” ATF rule that gave the ATF a blank check to crack down on private firearm sales, Bondi’s DOJ has “reviewed” the rule for months while still enforcing it against gun owners.
Exhibit B: Bondi’s DOJ is advocating for LIFETIME GUN BANS for nonviolent offenses.
Bondi’s DOJ asked the Supreme Court NOT to restore the rights of nonviolent felons (Vincent v. Bondi), and instead advocated for federal law to continue stripping gun rights from nonviolent offenders FOR LIFE.
Exhibit C: Bondi’s DOJ has repeatedly supported BANNING GUNS from military-aged adults.
Bondi’s DOJ is actively attempting to undermine the 5th Circuit’s pro-gun ruling in McCoy v. ATF, which held that the federal ban on handgun sales to 18-20-year olds is unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, her DOJ asked the Supreme Court NOT to overturn the 4th Circuit’s ruling upholding that very same gun control law. These actions support stripping gun rights from American adults who are old enough to fight and die for our country!
To be fair, Bondi’s DOJ has done some good things for the Second Amendment as well - but those things are increasingly dwarfed by the ongoing and active harms this DOJ continues to perpetuate against gun rights.
The absolute baseline rule for a pro-gun attorney general should be to FIRST DO NO HARM to gun rights - and in Pam Bondi’s case, not only has her DOJ continued Biden-era gun controls, they are actively working behind the scenes against gun rights.
We only have three more years of a pro-gun administration before we face the possibility of (God forbid!) a Gavin Newsom presidency. We may never have a better opportunity to reclaim gun rights.
This is exactly why we are calling for Bondi’s IMMEDIATE termination. Gun owners across America cannot — and will not — sit by while she works against our Constitutional rights from the inside.
