We met on Facebook, quite by chance through a comment on a mutual group. It started with small talk, but day by day, those little chats turned into all-night conversations. Laughter, tiny arguments, and a strange pull toward someone I hadn't even met yet that's how a few weeks passed.
Then one day, I finally gathered the courage to ask, Want to meet up? She agreed, but with one condition it had to be somewhere different. So I picked the zoo.
There was an awkward silence at first, but standing in front of the tiger's enclosure, when she suddenly got scared and grabbed my hand, all that nervousness just melted away. We walked around watching the deer, took pictures near the bird cages, and every now and then our eyes would meet, followed by a shy smile that's when I knew this person felt different.
Since that afternoon, we've had many more dates and collected countless stories. But that first meeting at the zoo still remains the most special to us because that's the day I realized a story that started with a Facebook comment might just turn into a lifelong one. 💕
