Microplastics are now found everywhere, even in brains – studies
Microplastics have already infiltrated our internal organs like livers, kidneys, and brains, a worrying new study analysis from OpenMind BBVA non-profit found.
Apparently, microplastics are being absorbed from the soil by plants, and are, being completely non-degradable, are passed on onto animals that eat them, and so on.
While scientists continue to study the exact impact of microplastics on living organisms, some experts say that all future damage may have already been done.
