▪️Can I advertise my stock by quoting relative evidences from the Qur'ān and Sunnah?▪️
Our Shaykh, Muḥammad ibn Ḥizām -may Allāh preserve him- was asked the following
📩 Question:
Is it permissible for the seller to advertise his merchandise by quoting (relative) evidences from the Sharī‘ah, such as the evidences indicating the virtue of black seed; for example, he places the ḥadīth, “black seed is a cure for all deseases,” beside the product picture?
📝 Answer:
Yes, it's permissible - so long as the evidences (quoted) are authentic and the merchandise itself conforms to the Sharī'ah. So yes, there's no problem with that.
May Allāh bless you all.
