I agree with much of this. Pornography is so very evil and it attacks men’s lusts in ways that physical challenges never can.

For me, quitting porn was possible only bc of Jesus Christ.

Seeing Him as King and in control over everything, I prayed and read the Bible as His command, and each lust was an attack against Him. The Holy Spirit, by God’s grace, trained my brain to see lust/porn as an attack against the King, which let me frame the ritual fight as lust against something more powerful than lust instead of me against lust.

Was short work after that.
