Analysis ABC News showed that defense and technology companies supported by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump have received or been promised U.S. government contracts worth over $6 billion since the brothers invested in them.The latest of these companies is Anduril, in which 1789 Capital, owned by Donald Trump Jr., holds a significant stake. The Trump administration announced the allocation of $2.9 billion to the Navy to support a new Anduril submarine manufacturing plant in Maryland.
Among other Trump-linked companies receiving Pentagon contracts are Powerus, Vulcan Elements, Firehawk Aerospace, PsiQuantum, Hadrian, and Foundation Future Industries.
Democrats in Congress have asked the Pentagon Inspector General to investigate potential conflicts of interest.
A spokesperson for the Trump brothers denied any violations, stating that they do not participate in decision-making regarding government procurement.
