الله أكبر كبيرا والحمد لله كثيرا وسبحان الله وبحمده بكرة وأصيلا
The prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم heard a man saying this in his prayer and he said, Glory be to Allah, I was wandering about it, the gate of heaven opened for it!
In other words, when you say this, the gate or heaven will open - that means Allah will answer your supplication.
