Overall shit is looking bleak in Somalia

Now I know that's not saying much considering it is Somalia after all but even for Somali standards shit it starting to go downwards again

Not a day goes by where protestors aren't gunned down in Mogadishu and president Mohamud doesn't antagonize every other military and political force supposed to be aligned with him

The TLDR is that Mohamud that retard of a president got cocky and unconstitutionally extended his term as president and tried to centralize power

This has been rejected by pretty much every regional leader in the Somali states, for some context Somalia's different states have high levels of autonomy, with Jubaland in open defiance for a while now, additionally Puntland has also started clashing with the central government.

All of this while Al Shabaab is still active and just waiting for an opportunity to fuck shit up again
