Gaza’s Ministry of Health confirmed that Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, was abducted by Israeli occupation forces during their raid on the facility in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza Strip.

On Friday morning, Israeli occupation forces stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital and forced civilians and patients to leave the facility and head to the Indonesian Hospital, which lacks essential supplies, alongside the abduction of Palestinians.

The Ministry reported that contact had been lost with the medical staff inside the hospital, confirming that it has no information regarding the fate of the patients who were inside the facility.
