In conclusion, there is not much sound hadith – according to Ibn al-Qayyim and Ibn Hajar – which specifies the number of al-hur al-‘in that the believer will have in Paradise

The scholars agree that he will have a minimum of two wives, but they differ as to whether they will be from among al-hur al-‘in or from among the women of this world.

The Shaykh( حفظ الله) mentioned some points that were taken out of context and misunderstood

1). He mentioned that if any of the wives remarried after his death or divorced from him while he was alive, then he had a choice from those remaining of his wives if they were 2 or 3 of 4 to be one of his wives in jannah and the number is not restricted as it comes in the hadith in Bukhari where is mentioned


In Paradise the believer will have a tent made from a single hollowed-out pearl, sixty miles high (or wide), in which the believer will have wives and he will go around among them and they will not see one another.” (Hadi al-Arwah, p. 232)

So if the believer had 4 wives in the Dunya and they all passed away while he was alive, then we hope that they are included in this hadith.
