Mid 2019 migration started rising exponentially up until the lockdown. The highest month was Feb 2020 with 13,865.
During the lockdown/ border closure.
'From April 2020 to August 2020, 67% of arrivals were New Zealand citizens.'
736 out of the remaining 33%, came through the border during lockdown on a visitor visa.
